Information you provide
When you create a letter, Love Link stores the names, message, selected theme, memories, and any optional customization data needed to render the page.
Payment details and the buyer email used at checkout are handled by Dodo Payments. New purchases do not store that buyer email or full card numbers in Love Link's application database.
How the information is used
Letter content is used to render the private page and share experience.
If you contact support, the order email and payment time you provide are used only to locate the relevant purchase and resolve the request.
Access and retention
User-created letter pages are not listed publicly. Anyone with the exact private link can open the page after it is unlocked.
Love Link does not promise permanent hosting. If you need help removing a page, contact support@lovelettercreator.com with the private link or page slug.
