One letter is $2.99 — paid once, never renews, with a private link and a QR code you can print onto a gift or card.
There's also the Heartfelt membership at $6.99/year: unlimited unlocks while it is active, and read receipts on every letter you write.

How do I cancel the membership?
Cancel anytime from subscription management in your account. No further renewals after that, and your perks stay active until the end of the paid year.
Can anyone else see my letter?
No. Every letter gets an unguessable private link — only the person holding it can open it. Letters never appear in any public list or search result.
Will I know when they've read it?
Yes. Once unlocked, your read receipt quietly tells you how many times it was opened and when the most recent one was. Read receipts are a Heartfelt membership perk.
Changed my mind after paying — can I get a refund?
Email support@lovelettercreator.com within 7 calendar days of purchase with the order email and approximate payment time; approved refunds return to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
